Booking a holiday

1 - Booking Form and Deposit

ALL BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL WE RECIVE A DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE HOLIDAY COST.

Deposits must be paid within 21 days of booking. We cannot guarantee your holiday place until this is received.

If you ask us to arrange your transport from home, you will receive a quote after we have received your booking.

2 - Assessment of Needs Form

Fill out the Assessment of Needs form and send it to the office by post or email. You can download this form via the link below or contact us to ask for a copy by post. We use the information on this form to get to know you and to assess the support you will need on holiday.

It is important to send this as soon as you have paid your deposit as we charge for additional support (if needed) and would prefer to let you know about this quickly.

3 - Further Information

Approximately four weeks before you are due to go on holiday you will receive a holiday pack containing travel information, packing list, essential forms and your luggage labels.
