Wednesday 18th May

After picking everyone up we headed towards the Euro tunnel to begin our long journey to Disneyland Paris, everyone was really excited! The train across the channel only took 35 minutes, then it was time to make our way to the hotel. We ate our dinner and then settled in for the evening, everyone got a well-earned rest.

Thursday 19th May

We arrived at Disneyland Park this morning and ambled down Main Street, there were loads of parades there throughout the day which Alan and Grace really loved! Ian, Dalar and Jack were up for all of the big rides in Discovery Park, they were very impressive! Grace went on a few of the gentler ones whilst Alan decided to watch, it was a very hot day. Later on in the evening, we went to a Chinese restaurant and enjoyed our meal together.

Friday 20th May

Today we went around Fantasyland where we met Piglet. In Adventureland we had a Pirates of the Carribean and an Indiana Jones experience, it was so cool! We stopped off at the Jungle Book Cafe for our lunch, before heading towards Frontierland. Here we took the riverboat and haunted house ride, everyone was very brave! We finished our day in the park with a steam train ride and some shopping, enjoying a lovely dinner at the Burger Bar before heading to bed.

Saturday 21st May

Today was action-packed! We went round Disneyland Studios’ Aladdin’s Magic Carpet, Ratatouille’s Ride and Toy Story playground. There were so many rides to choose from and we all had an amazing time, it was so much fun! We were all talking about how good the hotel was, Grace said “it was just like home”.

Sunday 22nd May

It was finally time to say goodbye and make our way home today. We gathered our things and began to head homeward bound, with everyone agreeing it was a fantastic trip. We can’t wait to go again soon!
