Clients should seek advice on  recommended vaccinations and precautions from a health professional. Either a GP, practice nurse, pharmacist or a travel health clinic at least eight weeks before departure.

Visas and passports

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Many destinations require that the traveller’s passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of return. For travel to/via the USA a machine-readable passport is required. If you wish, we can obtain visas for you, additional fees will apply. Please allow adequate time to obtain any such advice or documents.

We hope you enjoy your holiday and look forward to seeing you soon.

If you are travelling to an EU country (except Ireland), or Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino or Vatican City, you must follow the Schengen area passport requirements.

Your passport must be:

  • issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of issue’)

  • valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)

Check your passport meets these requirements before you travel. If your passport was issued before 1 October 2018, extra months may have been added to its expiry date.
