Kirstine
Kirstine started working full-time for Options in 2008. She is now the Managing Director and although she still enjoys running some of the holidays, she spends most of her time in the office managing the team and planning future trips.
Kirstine has a level 5 foundation degree in Health and Social Care.
Geraint
Geraint started working with people with learning disabilities in the late 1970s and began running holidays with Wendy in 1984. He can still be seen on the occasional holiday and is also our Health and Safety Officer and a Company Director.
Becky
Becky is our holiday coordinator. She is always very busy making bookings, putting together holiday packs, answering the phone and sending out your holiday information.
Becky loves dogs more than anything else in the world!
Chris
Chris is our transport coordinator. You’ll find him busy organising taxis, planning routes and keeping our minibuses in pristine condition!
Chris is a big fan of Swindon Town football and goes to as many matches as he can.
Sarah
Sarah has been part of the Options team since 2009 handling all our accounts and financial administration.
Denise
Denise spends her time in the office sorting through your photos and preparing your albums. She also books all the hotels and excursions. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog with her kids or going on a bike ride.
Jade
Jade joined in 2019. She has many years of experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and has a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management. Jade leads many of our holidays.
Jack
Jack has been involved with Options for many years. His main role is in marketing, holiday planning and IT support. However, he still escapes the office sometimes to join a holiday!
Neil
Neil is a big fan of outdoor adventure and is often found exploring the world in his camper van.
Debbie
Debbie is one of our holiday leaders and makes it her top priority to ensure everyone has the best holiday they can. when at home Debbie loves spending her time with her grandkids.
Julie
Julie is fairly new to the team and will be seen out and about as a holiday supporter.
Moira
Moira joined Options in 2021, having worked for the NHS for 17yrs on the blood collection team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going for bike rides.
Emily
Emily has many years of experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
In her spare time she loves to go travelling and loves to meet new people! When she isn’t off on an adventure she will spend time her with baby niece.
Carolyn
Carolyn has been supporting for Options for 2 years now. Carolyn loves to travel to remote places. Carolyn is also an artist and teaches English in her spare time.
Sam
Sam joined the team in 2021. She has been a therapist and supporter for people from all walks of life for the last 20 years. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying nature with her dog, spending time with her grandson or getting creative at home.
Sheila
Shelia joined Options in 2022 after a long career as a Civil Servant. In her spare time, you’ll find her walking her dogs or enjoying yoga.
Hazel
Hazel is a learning support worker and loves to support on our holidays when she can.
Patricia
Patricia is an experienced supporter with an interest in teaching yoga, art, drama and dance to adults with learning disabilities.
Kerrie
Kerrie is new the Options team but is keen to get out and support on as many of our holidays as possible!
Marion
Marion has been supporting with us for many years now! She loves to look after her family.
